powered-by="xiumi.us"><p>赵昱坤讲到，一个人总在和别人比是因为他过于注重外在目标。假使家长看到得是孩子的内在目标和基本心理需求，不再是考了多少分、能上什么大学，那么孩子就是在跟自己比。一个人只有注重自我，才能有自主感、胜任感和连接感。</p><p><br></p><p>他表示，据最近做得社会调查研究报告，中小学学生的心理健康状况和其成年后的学习、工作、以及身体健康状况有着较强的相关关系。只有满足中小学学生的自主感、连接感、胜任感这三种基本心理需求，他们在成年后才会更愿意学习、对工作的满意度更高以及更可能拥有稳定的亲密关系。</p></section><section
