160);">“书本上的社会工作与实际的社会工作之间的差距怎么处理”</span>，这是一个非常有社会工作专业特性的问题。学习社会工作，尤其在高校的教育系统里的社会工作专业教育，主要是通过学习书本知识来培养社会工作专业人才，而社会工作本身的实践属性，决定了这些书本上的内容必然要通过具体服务来体现它的价值与作用。社会工作的实践性还可以表达为“生命影响生命”，即社会工作的专业价值是通过服务实践，支持和影响服务对象发生变化来实现的。也就是说，理论上的社会工作与实际的社会工作是通过实践来达到统一的。</p><p><br></p><p>社会工作的实践性，在协作者的实习生培育工作中有着充分的体现。每年，协作者都会接受来自不同高校的社会工作专业实习生，这些实习生的普遍共性，就是在谈起服务对象时，说的话语听起来都很专业，但真正来到服务的社区、家庭或面对我们服务的群体时，大部分实习生，都会困惑：<span style="color: rgb(160, 160, 160);">“他们这些表现，我们没学过怎么解决”“对应他们表现出的问题，书上的服务模式、相关理论，好像哪个也不太适合”……</span>面对这种情况，协作者的社会工作者首先会带领实习生走进服务人群，开展访谈、建立关系，在认识与了解服务对象的前提下，与实习生一起评估服务对象的需求，再结合需求，讨论怎样设计服务计划、开展服务……整个过程中，协作者会提醒实习生，<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 170, center;"><br></p><p>对于如何缩短理想服务对象与实际服务对象间的距离、减少作为社会工作者的受挫感，怎样做好社会工作？我认为，首先，所谓理想的服务对象，应该是根本不存在的，或者只是基于你的某种期望，如你期望遇到的服务对象能在一开始、或经过一段时间的接触就能理解你、接纳你，都能在无论你开展的怎样的服务中发生你期望的改变，等等，这是不现实的。对应这类期望，现实中可能有的是，你自己还没有内化社会工作理念，还没有完全掌握并能熟练使用社会工作的各种技巧方法，以及面临困境或多种发展障碍的一个个活生生的现实的服务对象。所以，<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 170, 28);">在社会工作服务中，最重要的是能面对现实，面对服务对象的多元需求，并能够把书本上的知识内容灵活、适切地应用到不同的服务需求场景中。</span></strong>而这种来自服务对象的多元性、对社会工作者的不接纳的现实，恰恰从另一个方面，说明社会工作就是需要更加系统、全面的开展实践，也要求任何一名社会工作者，都需要具有在实践中可以辨识多元服务对象，能够多元、灵活使用所学的专业技能的能力。所以，做好社会工作的根本，在于你能够快速、准确地识别出多元服务对象的多元需求，并在社会工作专业理念指导下，心怀对这一生命的尊重与敬畏之心，针对需求运用专业的知识、经验来开展服务，也就是实践的过程。</p><p><br></p></section></section><section
