text-indent: 2em;">随着志愿服务逐步纳入社会信用体系和企事业单位考核内容，保证志愿服务信息的公开度和时效性，直接影响志愿者的信任感和参与热情，也在一定程度上提升了公众进行社会监督的需求。区块链技术具有去中心化、公开透明、信息可追溯、通过智能合约自动执行四大优势，有利于建立志愿服务信息管理系统数据库和安全监管体系，保证数据信息的真实性、透明性和安全性，对应解决志愿服务开展的过程中志愿信息记录不准确、志愿数据难以存储和查询等问题。与此同时，区块链技术的应用也有助于构建一个公开透明的志愿服务信息数据库，便于公众监督。2018年4月19日，共青团成都市委联合西南财经大学中国区块链研究中心对成都青年志愿服务工作进行了提档升级，以第一账本LedgerOne联盟链为基础设施，推出了成都青年志愿服务区块链系统1.0版本，在全国率先构建了青年志愿服务的区块链信息系统，有效推动了成都青年志愿服务在数字化发展上的提档升级②，将活动信息、服务时长、公益积分等数据存储到区块链中，继而生成志愿服务区块链证书，方便志愿服务的组织者，志愿者和广大公众更方便准确地获知各类信息，有助于提升不同主体间的信任感。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br></p><p style="text-align: left;
