margin-left: 8px; outline: 0px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-indent: 0em; font-family: system-ui, -apple-system, "system-ui", Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(34, 34, 34);font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.544px;text-indent: 0em;">“曝光中的比例不代表实际所有案例的占比。教师更容易被发现，而监护人等亲属作案中，受害者难以揭露真相。”北京众一公益基金会理事长、女童保护基金负责人孙雪梅表示，考虑到家庭成员作案的隐蔽性和复杂性，“女童保护”建议加强对家庭内部性侵害的监控和法律干预，为受侵害未成年人提供更完善的兜底保障制度。</span></p><p style="margin-right: 8px; margin-left: 8px; outline: 0px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-indent: 0em; font-family: system-ui, -apple-system, "system-ui", Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(34, 34, 34);font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.544px;text-indent: 0em;">关于未成年人网络保护，北京圣运律师事务所管委会主任、民革北京市委会法联会副会长王有银建议扩大范围，充分发动群众力量和社会监督作用。比如，大众发现任何侵害儿童的软件或地点，举报即可奖励，再由司法部门查处打击，提高对犯罪行为的打击力度。</span></p><p style="margin-right: 8px;
