transform: rotate(50deg);"><span leaf=""><br></span></section></section></section></section></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;"><p style="margin-top: -5px;"><span textstyle=""><strong><span leaf=""> （一）深入开展“慈善文化进机关”活动，提升机关党员干部的慈善意识。</span></strong></span><span leaf="">各级机关党委（党组）要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于慈善事业的重要论述，组织机关工作人员认真学习掌握慈善法及其配套法规政策。组织开展慈善文化讲堂、慈善文化展览等活动，依托机关食堂、阅览室等公共区域开展慈善文化宣传，普及慈善知识。鼓励机关党员干部带头参加慈善活动。</span></p></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;"><span textstyle=""><strong><span leaf=""> （二）深入开展“慈善文化进企业”活动，鼓励企业和企业家积极参与慈善事业。</span></strong></span><span leaf="">鼓励各类企业将慈善事业作为履行社会责任的重要途径，融入企业发展战略，采取多种方式宣传贯彻慈善法，并通过宣传栏、会议室、网站等开展慈善文化宣传。鼓励各类企业通过成立慈善组织、与慈善组织合作、设立慈善信托、开展志愿服务等方式，力所能及参与慈善事业。国有企业特别是中央企业要结合企业的资源和专业特长，合理选择慈善领域、项目和形式，积极开展慈善活动。引导支持民营企业家厚植家国情怀，富而思源、富而思进，弘扬“义利兼顾、以义为先，自强不息、止于至善”的光彩精神，积极投身慈善事业，向社会奉献爱心。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;"><span textstyle=""><strong><span leaf=""> （三）深入开展“慈善文化进乡村”活动，助力文明乡风建设。</span></strong></span><span leaf="">要将慈善文化纳入新时代农村精神文明建设，将慈善法列入农村基层干部的法律知识培训。要充分利用农村文化礼堂、村史馆、文化广场、农家书屋、农业企业、农民合作社、家庭农场、农村广播网、农民夜校等载体，弘扬慈善文化。要积极组织专业文艺团体、法治宣传志愿者，创作以慈善为主题的文艺节目，深入农村开展演出，带动广大农民学习慈善知识、参加慈善活动。要引导支持企业、社会组织、志愿者团体等到乡村开展慈善活动与志愿服务，惠及广大农民。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;"><span textstyle=""><strong><span leaf=""> （四）深入开展“慈善文化进社区”活动，推动社区慈善发展。</span></strong></span><span leaf="">要依托党群服务中心、新时代文明实践中心（所、站）、乡镇（街道）社工站（民政服务站）等场所，宣传慈善法及其配套法规政策。鼓励支持慈善组织、志愿者等在社区开展慈善讲座、公益市集、慈善知识竞赛等群众性慈善文化活动，提高居民参与度。将慈善法律法规纳入社区工作者的法律知识培训。要引导慈善力量深入社区、深入群众，以特殊困难老年人、困难妇女、困境儿童、残疾人、就业困难人员等群体为重点，开展慈善帮扶、走访慰问、爱心陪伴等慈善活动，推动社区慈善发展，让社区群众特别是困难群众感受慈善的阳光和温暖。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;"><span textstyle=""><strong><span leaf=""> （五）深入开展“慈善文化进家庭”活动，推动形成优良家风。</span></strong></span><span leaf="">要依托婚姻登记机关、儿童福利机构、养老服务机构、儿童校外活动场所等，开展家庭慈善教育。要发挥儿童主任、志愿者等作用，组织开展适合家庭参加的慈善实践活动。要依托文化场馆、景区景点等资源，开展慈善文化主题展览等活动，鼓励支持广大家长带领子女参加与慈善相关的文化旅游线路与体验项目。引导支持慈善力量面向困难家庭开展慈善活动，帮助他们排忧解难。</span></section><section data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="121359"><section style="margin: 10px auto;display: flex;justify-content: center;"><section><section style="padding-right: 20px;
