outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 0pt; visibility: visible; font-family: sans-serif; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong><span leaf="">二、聚焦分层分类，提升困境儿童救助帮扶能力。一是</span></strong><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 0pt;">支持残疾儿童“应救尽救”。紧紧围绕“残疾儿童享有康复服务”目标，2025年筹措下达残疾儿童康复救助补助资金2.89亿元，为1.52万名符合救助条件的0—17岁视力、听力、言语、肢体、智力等残疾儿童和孤独症儿童提供康复救助。</span></span><strong><span leaf="">二是</span></strong><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 0pt;">加强医疗费用保障。支持落实大病保险政策，梯次减轻困境儿童医疗费用负担，将困境儿童纳入基本医疗保障范围。截至目前，2025年医疗救助基金已支出1281万元，全额保障3.2万名孤儿及事实无人抚养儿童城乡居民基本医疗保险个人缴费费用；安排“明天计划”资金182万元，对在学校就读的孤儿医疗康复费用自付部分进行补助，进一步强化儿童医疗和康复服务保障，改善孤儿健康状况。</span></span><strong><span leaf="">三是</span></strong><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="letter-spacing: 0pt;">加大教育救助力度。2025年自治区财政安排约4000万元，支持开展“福彩圆梦·孤儿助学”、“福彩情·学子梦”、“阳光助学”等助学项目，为约1.6万名高三及中高等教育阶段的困难事实无人抚养儿童、残疾学生发放助学金，助力困境儿童争取平等教育机会，确保不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学。</span></span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
