letter-spacing: 1px; padding-right: 12px; padding-left: 12px; box-sizing: border-box;" powered-by="xiumi.us"><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">作为新手社工，虽然还没有进社区门，但必须要有系统的视角，或者说上帝的视角（以下分类没有科学的逻辑，仅从经验角度分享）。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">所谓社区问题，从内涵来说有表面的问题、深层次的问题，而这里的表面问题，是指已经被相关群体观测到，并且已经开始在内部讨论的。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">比如，某个老旧小区目前没有停车位，这是个表面问题。深层次问题是指没有被观测到，也不会爆发出冲突，但会影响社区发展的问题。某个新小区人际关系冷漠，这就是个深层次问题。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">从涉及群体而言，有个体问题、公共利益问题、社会问题。具体内容分别如下：</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">个体问题</strong>，是指解决后只有部分家庭受益的问题，比如某个小区有部分痴呆老人易走失。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">公共利益问题</strong>，是指某个问题后会有利于大部分甚至全部的社区家庭，比如小区的路灯年久失修。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">社会问题</strong>，则指目前存在的制度性、结构性问题。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">一个好的问题，一定是同时符合表面问题以及涉及公共利益的问题，这样才能最广泛调动社区资源和社区两委参与。</p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p></section><section style="font-size: 16px;
